What does The Experience Haus Africa do?
We plan personal moments in Accra, such as date nights, birthday surprises, proposals, anniversaries, graduations, picnics and showers. We also plan getaways across Ghana, December trips, heritage journeys, weddings and corporate events. You tell us what you have in mind, and we plan it and set it up.
Is any moment too small?
No. A date for two, a surprise at the door or a picnic for three gets the same care as a wedding.
How much does it cost?
It depends on what you want, how many people are coming and the date. Send us those three things on WhatsApp and we will come back with ideas and a clear quote. We plan for every budget.
Can I send a surprise to someone in Ghana from abroad?
Yes. You plan with us on WhatsApp from wherever you are, and we make it happen in Ghana. How sending a surprise from abroad works
How far in advance should I book?
We need about 48 hours for a surprise package, a week for a date or picnic, and three weeks or more for a party or proposal. Book earlier for December and Valentine's.
How do I pay?
You pay by card, online, from Ghana or from abroad. A 50% deposit books your date and the balance is due before the day.
Do you plan corporate events?
Yes. We plan launches, end-of-year parties, team outings and client hospitality from start to finish.
