How we handle your details

We only collect what we need to plan your occasion, and we follow Ghana’s Data Protection Act.

What we collect: Your name, your number and what you are planning.
Why we collect it: So we can plan your occasion and send you a quote.
Who else sees it: Nobody outside The Experience Haus Africa.
Where it is stored: In a hosted database in the EU, and in our WhatsApp.
Who measures the site: PostHog records page visits, taps and session replays. Every form field is masked, so it never sees your name or number.
How long we keep it: Until you ask us to remove it.
Regulator: The Data Protection Commission of Ghana.
